°F
Recommended charging range is 39.4 to 40°F. Each chiller card shows the flow that chiller needs at its tons to make the low and high leaving temps. More flow means warmer water.

Chiller power (kW)
Chiller 4 is steam driven, so it has no electric power entry. Chiller 4 (steam) cycles off → 1 nozzle → 2 nozzles in the chiller list.
Tank plan (recommended target)
ft
ft
$/MMBtu
The plan keeps the tank above lowest level + margin (default 20 + 5 ft; the margin covers forecast misses). When the CTG has room, chiller power is priced at gas instead of SCE. Gas price barely matters as long as it's under the SCE price. Every chiller's tons above count as available; set a chiller that's down for maintenance to 0.
